Taxus baccata

The Taxus baccata is a slow-growing hedge taxus and is dark green in color. The Taxus baccata grows twice a year with fresh light green shoots and is easy to prune. This makes the Taxus baccata very suitable for pruning shapes or for a tight straight hedge. The Taxus baccata is hardy and evergreen and can reach the age of 1000 years. The Taxus baccata prefers a slightly shady place with well-drained, slightly acidic soil.

About us

Tree Nursery van Nunen specializes in growing large numbers of conifers in the open ground. The company works with great enthusiasm and knowledge on the cultivation, sale and delivery of high-quality hedge plants. All products are grown with care to guarantee a good quality plant with a good root ball. It starts with the production of the rooted cutting in our own greenhouses.
